Apison, Tennessee is an established community that feels more rural, even though you're just minutes from everything the city has to offer. It's quiet and is full of curated communities where no two homes look alike. You'll find custom-built homes tucked into thoughtfully designed neighborhoods like Hawks Landing and Prairie Pass with real craftsmanship and character.
It draws people who want a little more privacy while still being close enough to Hamilton Place and everything else the city offers. Families love it here, and so do folks who just want some quiet.
Apison holds a special place in my heart, too. This is where I have been attending a Christian retreat for years. It's one of the ways I get to pour into people outside of real estate, and it's some of my favorite time all year. Either way, I just love this little corner of the county.
And if you love a little history with your hometown, Red Clay State Historic Park is not too far. It's the actual spot where the Cherokee Nation held its last council grounds before the Trail of Tears, right on the Tennessee-Georgia line.
