Soddy Daisy

Soddy Daisy is home. As a little girl, I never dreamed I would be able to help so many of my neighbors find their dream homes, whatever that means to them.

And there's a lot more to Soddy Daisy than people realize. We're a lake town, sitting right on Chickamauga Lake, plus our own little Soddy Lake with a boat ramp and fishing pier, but we've also got North Chickamauga Creek Gorge, which just became one of Tennessee's newest state parks. There's hiking, mountain biking, a swimming hole locals call the Blue Hole, and Stone Fort for the rock climbers.

It's still a small town at heart, but it's slowly growing, and my favorite part is that it pulls in a real mix of people: young families who want more yard and good school lines, retirees finally getting their dock, and folks who just want to be close enough to Chattanooga to commute but far enough to breathe. I don't live there now, but it made me, and I love sending people there who are looking for exactly what I grew up with.
