Let me tell you a fun fact about the WindStone Community: it actually straddles the Tennessee /Georgia line. I lived there and I'll be honest, when I first moved in I thought, "Well, I have arrived!" A girl from Soddy living in a  gated community with a golf course right out back. Things like that don't move me the way they used to, but I won't pretend it wasn't a fun chapter.

Here's the kicker, though: my house actually sat partially in Tennessee and partially in Georgia. The state line ran right through the property, so which state we paid taxes to came down to which side of the house the master bedroom landed on.
